Location: On-site- Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, 380054| Full-Time | Night Shift (Mon-Fri) (7:00-5:00 Fixed Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer queries and complaints with a high level of service quality. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Meet performance targets and contribute to the team's success. Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent

spoken English

and confident communication skills. Prior experience in a

US voice process

is a big plus -- but not mandatory. A cool head to handle customer escalations and resolve issues calmly. Willingness to work

night shifts

(Monday to Friday). A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit.

Freshers with excellent English skills are highly encouraged to apply!
