Job Description
JD: Exp-(3 months to 1 year) Qualification: Should be a graduate
- Should possess good communication skills
- Prior experience in US Customer Service is an advantage
- Open to working in night shift from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM - WFO
- Saturdays & Sundays are holidays.
- Preferably with exposure in banking & financial background.
- An aptitude to get to the bottom of the issue
- Research oriented & a niche for resolution
- Pick up and drop will be provided.
