Key Requirements

? Minimum

1 year of International BPO voice experience

(US process preferred). ? Strong experience in

Collections

process. ?

Excellent spoken English

with strong communication skills. ? Must be Mumbai-based (company assets provided -

desktop only

, no laptops). ? Must keep

camera ON

during working hours. ? Comfortable with

US night shifts

Work Schedule

Fixed US shifts: 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM OR 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM Weekends off. 1st Saturday of every month - half-day working. Total working hours:

10 hours (9 hrs login + 1 hr break)
