We are looking for an experienced and motivated

International Telecalling Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least

1 year of international BPO experience

and be

willing to work night shifts

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to international clients. Provide product/service information and address customer queries. Meet monthly sales or lead generation targets. Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in an international BPO/telecalling role.

Willing to work night shifts

based on international market requirements. Strong

communication skills

(English; other languages a plus). Customer-focused with a

positive attitude

. Target-driven with the ability to meet goals.

Candidates aged 36 and below

only.
