Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in an international BPO as team leader
Description
This is a full-time, role as Team Leader - Sales (Outbound Campaign | BPO) located in Kirti Nagar, Delhi .The Team Leader will oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Job Role :
Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, analyzing sales metrics, and reporting on performance. The Team Leader will also be involved in strategic planning to enhance team efficiency and sales performance.
