Job Summary
We are looking for
customer-focused and fluent English-speaking BPO Executives
to handle
international inbound customer support processes
. The role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally
Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
Respond to customer queries related to products, services, billing, or orders
Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, email handling)
Willingness to work in night shifts
Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Education
Minimum qualification: Graduate
