?27,000 - ?37,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Key Responsibilities

Handle

international customer queries via chat and email

. Provide accurate and professional written responses in English. Resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality standards. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth query resolution. Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
Candidate Requirements

Excellent written English communication skills

are mandatory.

Undergraduates and Graduates

from any stream can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome. Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM preferred. Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

, including night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
