SSC/HSC Freshers with Excellent English Required

Need minimum 1 year international BPO experience on calls. Excellent communication. Max salary 27k in hand / Any 6 week off in month and 247 US shifts.

Designation: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Experience:

Fresher, 6 months - 4 Years Qualification: HSC & Above

Process: Inbound Process

Timings: 4:30 pm- 12:30 am {Evening shift} 6:30 pm 2:30 am {Evening shift} 12:30 am- 8:30 am {Night Shift} Shift: 24*7 process. Rotational shift.8 hours shift.

Week Offs: Rotational week offs.

: Manage amounts of incoming calls. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
