Hiring Now: International Voice Process - UK Process

Location:

Vikhroli West, Mumbai (On-site)

Shift:

Any 9-hour shift between 1:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Rotational, 5 Days Working, Any 2 Days Off)

Walk-in Drive:

Every Tuesday to Friday (May 2025)

Timings:

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Role: Customer Service Representative (Career Level 12)

Handle international inbound/outbound voice calls Resolve customer queries & ensure satisfaction Maintain call logs & follow procedures

Eligibility:

Graduate/Undergraduate 6 months to 3 years of experience Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Willing to work night shifts Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

?15,000 - ?50,000 per month
Up to ?44,000 in-hand (based on experience)
