Job Description

Candidate should have excellent English communication skills and ready to work in Night shift for International US Collections process.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to international clients based on pre-defined lists or leads. Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer queries related to products, services, or general inquiries. Understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly targets in terms of calls made, customer satisfaction, and sales (if applicable). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions. Provide detailed product or service information to customers. Follow scripts and processes to ensure high-quality service. Coordinate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times. Stay updated with international market trends and services.
