Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills
Submitting candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client's needs and requirements
Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
