Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
  • Source profiles from various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other social network sources.
  • Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
  • Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills
  • Submitting candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
  • Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
  • Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client's needs and requirements
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
  • Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per monthBenefits:
