Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
International Voice Process
(US/UK/Australian clients preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English
- both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in
night shifts/rotational shifts
(as per requirement).
Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
