We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International BPO Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to international clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding products or services.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
Customer Support:
Provide first-line support, assisting customers in troubleshooting issues or resolving complaints.
Sales and Upselling:
Promote additional services and products to existing customers, aiming to increase sales.
Record Keeping:
Document and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call-handling targets.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
2- 4 years experience in a customer service or telecalling role in UK / US Process
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
