Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Australia.

- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

- Explain the company's services/products to customers over the phone.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong customer relationships.

- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

- Follow company guidelines and sales scripts during calls.

Job Requirements:

- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

- Freshers and experienced professionals can apply.

- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

- Ability to handle objections and engage customers effectively.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Prior experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary Structure:

Freshers: ?15,000 to ?18,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month

Additional Incentives: Performance-based
