Job Description
Process: Technical Customer Support Chat, Email and Voice
Job Location: Jaipur(Rajasthan)
Salary: 27k to 34k CTC (Fresher)

To escalate the queries of the customer via Call
Resolve the customer issue for customers.
To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Qualification: 12th and Above
Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
Computer Knowledge
