Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound

calls, emails, and chat queries from international customers Provide product/service information clearly and professionally Escalate unresolved queries through proper channels Maintain

accurate records

of customer interactions using CRM tools Collaborate with team members and support departments

Requirements

Excellent

verbal & written English communication skills

(mandatory) Comfortable with

rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, typing, internet browsing Ability to multitask effectively Willingness to

relocate to Jaipur
