Key Responsibilities

Handle

international customer queries

via calls, emails, and chat (voice & non-voice). Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain records of interactions and follow communication procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria

Education

: Undergraduates & Graduates (any stream) are eligible.

Skills

: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.

Location

: Open to candidates from

PAN India

willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Experience

: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range

: ₹27,000 - ?35,000 per month.

Relocation Bonus

provided for outstation candidates.

Shift & Work Schedule

Rotational shifts (including night shifts for international support). 5 days working, 2 weekly offs (rotational).
