Job Overview:

We are hiring

International Customer Support Executives

for

voice and non-voice processes

. The role involves assisting global customers through calls, chat, or email to deliver professional, accurate, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via

voice (inbound/outbound)

or

non-voice (chat/email)

channels. Resolve customer queries efficiently with a high level of professionalism. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Follow process guidelines to ensure top-quality service delivery. Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).

Experience:

Freshers and experienced professionals are both welcome.

Skills Required:

Exceptional

spoken and written English communication

. Confident, polite, and professional behavior on calls and chats. Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts). Willingness to

work from office in Jaipur

(relocation assistance provided).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range:

?27,500 - ?36,000 per month (based on skills and experience).

Relocation Bonus

for outstation candidates.
