Key Responsibilities

Respond to

international customers

via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy. Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions. Record details and maintain quality standards for every interaction. Contribute to

customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Who Can Apply

Excellent English communication skills

- both spoken and written.

Freshers and experienced candidates

Graduates / Undergraduates

relocate to Jaipur

(relocation bonus provided). Flexible to work in

rotational shifts
