Key Responsibilities

Handle

voice & non-voice queries

(inbound/outbound calls, chat & email) Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Meet performance KPIs like response time & customer satisfaction Deliver excellent service with empathy and confidence
