Job Responsibilities

Chat and email support for international customers Basic troubleshooting and query resolution Clear written English communication Follow quality and accuracy guidelines

Requirements

Good

written English

is mandatory Typing speed:

30 WPM preferred

Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts) Immediate joiners preferred
