Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
Assist customers with billing, account, and service-related queries

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience (mandatory)
Skills Required:
Strong spoken English communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer literacy and CRM handling knowledge
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with international time zones
Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
Compensation Details
The annual compensation for this role is
up to ?5.5 LPA

The approximate monthly in-hand salary is
?36,000
, with additional

Final compensation is determined based on interview performance, communication assessment, and experience level.
