Working Panda is hiring

International Customer Support Associates

for an Australia-based voice support process. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving account and service-related queries, and providing a professional customer experience aligned with international quality standards.

This position is suitable for candidates with prior international voice experience who are seeking a stable, long-term role in customer operations.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound international customer calls professionally Assist customers with billing, account, and service-related queries Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically Record customer interactions accurately in internal CRM systems Follow standard operating procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality benchmarks Meet defined performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria



Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience (mandatory)

Skills Required:



Strong spoken English communication skills Good listening and problem-solving ability Basic computer literacy and CRM handling knowledge

Additional Requirements:



Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with international time zones Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment

Compensation Details



The annual compensation for this role is

up to ?5.5 LPA

.
The approximate monthly in-hand salary is

?36,000

, with additional

performance-based monthly incentives ranging from ?0 to ?9,000

.

Final compensation is determined based on interview performance, communication assessment, and experience level.

Work Schedule



5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs Rotational shifts aligned to Australia business hours Office-based role
