Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls with international customers Resolve queries and provide accurate information Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Follow company processes and meet performance targets

Requirements:

HSC / Graduate Freshers or experienced Excellent verbal and written communication in English Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs Immediate joiners preferred
