Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound
international voice calls, chats, and emails
Resolve customer queries professionally and in real time
Ensure high-quality service and adherence to SLAs
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Accurately update customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow shift schedules and company processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
spoken and written English
Minimum
2 years of experience
in international voice or blended process
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of CRM tools and customer support workflows
Comfortable working rotational shifts
