Job Summary

LMDmax International is hiring experienced

International Blended Process Executives

for our Jaipur office. The role involves handling

voice calls, chats, and emails

for international customers. This is an on-site position suitable for candidates comfortable with early morning or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound

international voice calls, chats, and emails

Resolve customer queries professionally and in real time Ensure high-quality service and adherence to SLAs Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Accurately update customer interactions in CRM systems Follow shift schedules and company processes
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent

spoken and written English

Minimum

2 years of experience

in international voice or blended process Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of CRM tools and customer support workflows Comfortable working rotational shifts
Shift & Working Details

Shift Options:

Early Morning Shift starting from

5:30 AM
