1. Global Benefits Administration: o Oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. o Collaborate with teams to administer various benefits o Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP o Experience in Pension enrollments and updates o Experience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits o Experience in pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks o Experience in supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams 2. Stakeholder and Vendor Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs.



3. Employee Engagement and Communication: o Lead onboarding sessions to educate employees about benefits programs. o Conduct monthly meetings with employees, vendors, and clients to address issues, share updates, and drive alignment. 4. Tool and Technology Expertise: o Manage and utilize tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, reporting, and analytics. o Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all platforms. 5. Operational Excellence: o Flexible to work with global teams, ensuring availability for urgent matters across time zones. o Proactively resolve issues related to benefits administration with a focus on employee satisfaction.



Experience:



o 6-7 years of hands-on experience in global benefits administration, managing diverse geographies. o Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written). o Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage. o Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP o Experience in Pension enrollments and updates o Experience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits o Experience in pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks o Experience in supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams
