to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, driving sales outreach, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and payment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential customers and target industries for our products/services.
Use social media, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate quality leads.
Prospect Qualification
Engage with leads to understand their requirements and evaluate their potential.
Collect necessary information to effectively qualify prospects.
Sales Outreach
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to initiate discussions with potential clients.
Present and explain the value proposition of our products/services to create interest.
Prepare and share proposals based on client discussions.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice creation and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Follow up to ensure payments are received within the agreed period.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions.
Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team on lead progress.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in business development in international market , inside sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
