Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
International Business Development Executive
to lead global sales efforts for our event solutions at INOBAL.

What You'll Be Doing:
Identify, engage, and onboard international clients, sponsors, and partners for our events
Pitch INOBAL's events and value propositions to decision-makers in target industries
Drive revenue by selling sponsorships, exhibition space, delegate passes, and strategic collaborations
Develop and manage relationships with clients across the
US, UK, UAE, South Africa
, and beyond
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured outreach and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams (production, content, marketing) for seamless client delivery
Track market trends, competitors, and industry movements to identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
6 months -4 years of experience in
international sales, business development, or event sponsorship sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills -- verbal and written (English fluency required)
Prior exposure to
B2B events, conferences, or media sales
is preferred
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and cold outreach methods
Confident in pitching to C-level executives and decision-makers
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or remotely
Ability to manage international time zones and follow structured reporting
