to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in global education markets, including the US, Canada and Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with C-level executives to close deals.
Job Responsibilities::
Business Development
Identify and target new international markets and segments for NCR Eduservices' products and services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow business and market share.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners and stakeholders in the education sector.
Sales Lead Management
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sale engagement.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails and professional networking platforms.
Track sales performance metrics and achieve ambitious targets consistently.
Client Engagement Relationship Management
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Present business solutions to educational institutions and enterprises professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term business relationships and gather client feedback.
Market Intelligence Strategy
Stay up-to-date with international education trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to internal teams for service enhancements and strategy optimization.
Working Days:
5.5 days a week (1st 3rd Saturdays and all Sundays off)
Work Timing:
Late Evening / Night shift (5:00 P.M. - 2:00 A.M. IST)
Qualifications
------------------
Graduate in any discipline;
MBA/PGDM in International Business, Sales, or Marketing
preferred.
Additional Information

2-5 years of B2B international sales experience; experience in EdTech or services is a plus.
Proven ability to engage and pitch to
C-level executives

Excellent verbal and written
communication and negotiation skills
.
Proficiency in
CRM and sales tools
(HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and MS Office Suite.
