Immediate Hiring - AR Voice Process (Medical Billing)

Location: Mohali

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Position:AR Caller - Medical Billing (Voice Process)

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English Communication Skills

Freshers & Experienced

Qualification: 12th Pass with Minimum 6 months BPO / Graduate / Post Graduate

Comfortable with night shifts(Note : Except Recent B.Tech Pass-out)

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies (US-based) for claim status

Resolve denied/rejected claims

Ensure timely collection of payments

Update and maintain patient account information

Work collaboratively with the billing team to maximize revenue

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹20,000 CTC + Incentives

Experienced: ₹22,800 CTC + Incentives
