Job Title: Reservation Executive (Domestic & International Ticketing)

Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate (Travel Diploma preferred but not mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Domestic & International Air Ticketing
Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic & international flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance on GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Process re-issuance, cancellations, refunds & schedule changes
Manage PNR creation, modifications, SSR & EMD issuance
Coordinate with airlines for penalties, disruptions & inquiries
Maintain booking records, reports & daily ticketing updates
Assist corporate & retail clients with travel queries & documentation
Required Skills: Strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) , Excellent knowledge of airfare rules, fare calculations & ticketing policies, Good communication skills (written & verbal).
