Key Responsibility for the Associate: International Affairs:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building relationships and can thrive in a fast-paced design space. This role is crucial for providing key support in our international office, focusing on fostering global relationships and developing partnerships with educational institutions in India.

1. School Outreach:

? One of the key roles is to establish and cultivate relationships with high schools to highlight the significance of design at a foundational level. Promote awareness of the transformative power of design.

? Conduct site visits and arrange appointments for meetings with school principals and counselors.

? Organize and facilitate design-oriented workshops.

2. Strengthening International Relations:

? Administer and coordinate international cultural and diplomatic collaborations with partner institutions.

? Organize activities including masterclasses, cultural design projects, and workshops.

? Represent TDV at international cultural events to sustain existing relationships and foster new partnerships.

? Manage and coordinate logistics and engagement activities during visits from international partners to TDV.

3. International Office: Dashboard Management:

? Maintain and consistently update the dashboard to accurately record and track all activities and initiatives undertaken by the International Office.

4. Inventory Management:

? Oversee and manage the inventory, ensuring precise documentation of all the products. ? Develop thoughtful gift packages tailored to the backgrounds of visiting delegates, ensuring that presentation and packaging align with the ethos of TDV.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
