The Manager will mainly be responsible for dealing with prospective student admissions through international student recruitment from Agents. End to End Dealing with direct student recruitment and dealing with the Agents. Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in existing and new markets and developing new roadmaps for promoting the growth in business. Manager will primarily engage in sales and marketing activities and should have a sound understanding of industry trends. Strategic planning, forecasting and budget planning. Must prioritize the opportunities that are the most likely to generate more business and should be target oriented. The role centrally involves identifying new business partners/agents, developing large and reliable networks and thus increasing the international student admissions. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Ed Qualification - Bachelor\'s Degree, Or Equivalent (Masters Degree will be preferred) \xc2\xb7 5-7 years of experience working in education sector; specifically, Colleges and Universities \xc2\xb7 Should have experience of preparing strategies, Budget Planning, developing business in existing regions \xc2\xb7 Handling B2B Education Agent partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Experience in direct International Student Recruitment Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb955,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb980,000.00 per month Benefits:
