Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Academic Counsellors at upGrad\'s for Noida location. The Study Abroad Academic Counsellors will be responsible for communicating with students, offering educational consulting services, guiding clients through visa processes, and counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how upGrad can catalyse their career. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing and post-sales relationship management. Qualifications Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how upGrad can catalyse their career. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality. Educational Consulting and Consulting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal communication skills Experience with visa processing is preferred Master\'s degree or Bachelor\'s degree Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
