Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide virtual assistance to client
Generate and send invoices to the customers
Verify payments are cleared against the invoices
Keep record of accounts
Answer calls from prospective customers
Use scripts to provide information about product\xe2\x80\x99s features and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
Record the customer\xe2\x80\x99s personal information accurately in a computer system

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Accounting
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Willing to work from office in night shift
