Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated R&D Test Lab Intern to support daily execution and planning activities within our research and development environment. The intern will play a key role in monitoring progress, updating visual management tools (Obeya boards), and actively participating in team meetings to ensure smooth coordination of ongoing projects

Track and document daily execution progress of test lab activities

Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to align with project timelines

Update and maintain Obeya boards for transparent communication and project tracking

Participate in team meetings, providing updates and supporting discussions on project status

Collaborate with engineers and project leads to ensure smooth workflow and timely reporting

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the test lab.
You are meant for this job if:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, testing procedures, and engineering documentation

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
