Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs (onboarding, upskilling, product launches, etc.)
Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with company goals and messaging.
Implement training strategies focused on B2B/B2C selling techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and feedback loops to ensure impact on sales performance.
Facilitate role-playing, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to reinforce learning.
Stay updated on industry best practices, competitor activity, and sales trends to integrate into training.
Create and manage a sales training calendar and track completion and progress of trainees.
Work with sales managers to identify performance gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years
of experience in a sales role, with
1-2 years
in a sales training or sales enablement role.
Strong understanding of
sales methodologies
.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
