The Role




Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. Ready for a challenge? We would like to talk with you!



As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities




Ensure

data integrity and accuracy

across all recruitment-related systems and processes. Complete tasks within agreed timelines or service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain compliance with client and AMS policies, procedures, and applicable ISO standards. Complete all mandatory training requirements. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to SLAs.

Operational Responsibilities




Oversee account-specific administrative activities such as: + Job postings
+ Interview scheduling
+ Help desk support
+ Applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
+ Initiation or verification of pre-employment screening and reference checks
Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks to support smooth recruitment operations. Collaborate on or complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within deadlines. Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Keep stakeholders informed and updated on relevant processes. Handle day-to-day queries effectively and escalate when necessary. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Fully utilize technology and adapt to new rollouts or process changes.
