Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

: Conduct orientation, classroom, and on-the-job training for new hires and current sales staff.

Curriculum Development

: Create/customize training content, handouts, and materials for product features, sales skills, and dealership procedures.

Performance Management

: Analyze training needs, monitor sales encounters, collect feedback, and measure trainee performance against goals.

Process Implementation

: Ensure sales teams adhere to Maruti Suzuki's standards and dealership processes.

New Product Launches

: Lead training for new vehicle launches and features.

Coordination

: Work with Sales Managers, regarding training.

Record Keeping

: Maintain training records and update materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
