Key Duties
1.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), prepare and send
quotations
based on customer requirements.
Process
purchase orders (POs)
and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Maintain and update customer interactions in the
CRM system
to track sales activities.
Analyze customer requirements and provide insights to the external sales team.

Work closely with the external sales team to provide back-end support.
Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

for managing customer relationships.
Experience working in an
MNC environment
with cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and
MIS reporting
.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 5 to 6 years
