Handle internal sales coordination and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Support the external sales team by managing internal processes.
Maintain and update CRM or sales databases.
Follow up with leads and inquiries over phone and email.
Prepare basic sales reports as required.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in internal sales, telemarketing, or customer coordination roles.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi, Tamil, and English
.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Positive attitude and team player.
