Position Overview



We are looking for a

Female Internal Sales Executive

who will play a key role in supporting sales and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic admin tasks, managing the reception, monitoring our IndiaMART console, and coordinating telephonic interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities



Manage reception desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Handle basic administrative activities and assist in day-to-day office coordination. Operate and manage the

IndiaMART console

for lead generation and follow-ups. Make telephonic calls to clients for initial inquiries, follow-ups, and basic clarifications. Support the sales team by maintaining records, updating data, and preparing basic reports. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth information flow. Maintain a professional, courteous, and client-focused approach in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements



Gender:

Female (mandatory).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Prior experience in handling admin work/reception desk and basic sales coordination preferred.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

Skills & Attributes:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in handling client calls and inquiries. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
