Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Pre-Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed, customized technical content.

Solution Design:

Analyze customer needs and propose effective, customized solutions using company products and services. Work closely with product and engineering teams to recommend modifications or new product features.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs.

Post-Sales Support:

Assist in implementation and onboarding to ensure successful product adoption. Provide feedback and troubleshooting support in coordination with the technical support team.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Relay customer feedback and market insights to the product and development teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
