Role Overview
The Internal Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing enquiries, preparing techno-commercial quotations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the sales function through effective communication, documentation, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process enquiries received through emails, fax, letters, and field engineers
Register and scrutinize enquiries to qualify them technically and commercially
Coordinate and communicate enquiries with frontline sales teams, product managers, sales managers, and Design & Engineering teams as required
Prepare and submit accurate techno-commercial quotations in coordination with field sales personnel
Liaise with manufacturing units for technical clarifications, costing, DQs, and related inputs
Actively follow up with customers for DQ approvals
Receive and scrutinize customer orders to ensure alignment with submitted quotations (technical and commercial)
Handle end-to-end enquiry servicing and customer coordination
Prepare TOCs and CRs as required
Follow up with Design & Engineering teams for DQs and technical clarifications
Maintain proper documentation of orders, correspondence, and related communications
Support the Sales Manager in preparing monthly OSB reports and payment collection status
Coordinate and arrange customer factory visits for FATs and accompany customers when required
Work Schedule
Flexible 8.15-hour working shift between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday off
