We are looking for a proactive
Internal Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team and support smooth sales operations, customer management, and financial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & CRM
Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the company's CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to process and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and inquiries.
Ensure timely communication with distributors, retailers, and customers regarding order status and product information.
Order Management
Prepare and process
Sales Orders
, Delivery Notes, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Track stock availability and communicate shortages or delays to relevant departments.
Cash & Payment Management
Follow up on
cash collections
and outstanding payments from customers.
Maintain proper documentation and records of receipts and collections.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts and pipeline tracking.
Support marketing and trade promotions with necessary coordination and documentation.
Customer Service
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of experience in internal sales coordination, customer service, or sales support (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
Proficient in
MS Office
, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
