We are hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in an automobile manufacturing company. The role involves sales coordination, order processing, customer communication, and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and documentation
Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
Maintain sales data and reports in ERP system
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration
Experience in internal sales or sales coordination
Experience in automobile or manufacturing industry preferred
ERP / SAP B1 knowledge is an added advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
