Job Summary



The

Software Sales Coordinator

will play a key role in driving international sales growth by managing inbound inquiries and executing proactive outbound sales activities. This role requires strong communication skills, solid understanding of software/IT products, and the ability to confidently introduce software solutions, conduct product demos, and support the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have experience in software or IT product sales, especially in international markets.

Key Responsibilities1. Software Sales Operations



Manage daily software sales activities, ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, technical, and service delivery teams. Maintain CRM updates including lead entries, follow-ups, demo schedules, proposals, and pipeline movement.

2. Inbound & Outbound Sales Communication



Handle inbound inquiries from global markets via phone, email, and website forms with professionalism and technical clarity. Execute strong outbound cold calls to international leads, introduce our software solutions, and generate qualified opportunities. Conduct structured follow-up calls to nurture prospects and convert them into active sales opportunities.

3. Product Presentation & Demo Coordination



Deliver software product introductory calls and explain solution benefits clearly to potential clients. Schedule and conduct online demo presentations (or coordinate with the technical/demo team when needed). Assist clients with technical clarifications by working closely with internal teams.

4. Proposal & Commercial Support



Prepare and share commercial proposals, quotations, and software pricing details as per the company's guidelines. Support the sales team in negotiation stages and help push opportunities toward closure. Ensure all documentation, agreements, and proposals are accurate and delivered on time.

5. Reporting & Pipeline Management



Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales interactions. Generate weekly and monthly sales activity reports, including lead status, demo conversion, and sales performance metrics.

RequirementsExperience



Proven experience in

Software Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Sales Coordination

is required. Prior experience in

international outbound calling

is highly preferred. Experience presenting software solutions and assisting in demo sessions is a strong plus.

Industry Preference



Experience in

IT/software, SaaS, cloud solutions, or technology product sales

is preferred.

Language Skills



Essential:

English & Hindi (for international communication and national client outreach).

Preferred:

Malayalam (advantage for regional client groups).

Communication Skills



Strong telephone etiquette with the ability to pitch software products clearly and persuasively. Excellent written communication for drafting emails, proposals, and follow-ups.

Technical Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using CRM software for tracking leads, activities, and sales pipelines

Working Hours



10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
