Your Tasks:

Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy. Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites. Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites and projects against plan and on demand Report and communicate deviations and improvements Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in. acc. with audit plan Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities Monitor and follow up on identified compliance issues Monitor Audit KPI's and reporting Provide coaching in problem solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings Provide quality awareness coaching and audit training Support the implementation and continuous development of Nordex' management system and internal procedures

Your Profile:

Certified auditor of one or more of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, alternatively certified VDA 6.3 auditor BE/Btech graduate in Quality, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of experience as auditor Quality assurance experience Project / process management Competent MS Office user Strong stakeholder management skills Analytical knowledge
