We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, identify top talent, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, networking).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
