Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of IQAC activities and quality initiatives.
Collect, compile, verify, and maintain academic and administrative data required for NAAC accreditation and other audits.
Prepare reports, documentation, minutes of meetings, and presentations related to IQAC activities.
Coordinate with departments for timely collection of data, evidences, and compliance documents.
Maintain records of AQAR, SSR, feedback reports, best practices, and institutional performance indicators.
Support the implementation of quality benchmarks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Organize and coordinate IQAC meetings, workshops, seminars, and quality-related events.
Assist in student, faculty, alumni, and stakeholder feedback collection and analysis.
Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of IQAC-related documents and evidences.
Support internal audits, external peer team visits, and inspections.
Monitor follow-up actions on IQAC recommendations and quality improvement plans.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of institutional data.
