About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented and process-focused

Internal Quality Auditor

to ensure effective internal audit practices and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. This hybrid role involves auditing processes, managing documentation, identifying gaps, coordinating corrective actions, and interacting with clients for internal audit-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits as per

ISO 9001:2015

guidelines. Ensure compliance with all

SOPs, quality processes, and work instructions

. Maintain and manage all quality-related

documents, records, and audit files

. Identify operational gaps and implement

corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

. Coordinate processes across departments to ensure standardization and improvement. Prepare audit plans, checklists, and clear audit reports. Communicate with clients for audit scheduling, clarifications, and documentation review. Support internal teams to correct nonconformities and ensure timely closure. Assist during external audits by providing required documents and evidence.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or quality management. Strong knowledge of

ISO 9001:2015

(certification preferred). Experience in SOP drafting, documentation control, and process coordination. Strong analytical thinking and gap-identification skills. Excellent communication skills, including client interaction. Ability to manage audits independently in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in developing quality manuals, audit checklists, and workflows. Ability to conduct training on SOPs and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office & documentation tools.
